Course overview
A survey course designed to build a solid foundation of wine knowledge and better understand all aspects of wine including the winemaking processes, viticulture, major regions, wine pairing. Most importantly, you’ll become a better wine taster to truly evaluate a wine's quality and identify what wines you really love.

How It Works:
You only pay for your wine. Because our instructors love hanging out and talking wine, we bring you the course access and instruction for free.
Each week we will open three wines from the case.
Classes will last for one hour and will include an in-depth dive into a series of topics (from oak influence in wine, to understanding how to read a French wine label) followed by an interactive wine tasting where you will learn the techniques to systematically taste and evaluate wine on your own.
The live sessions are Thursday evenings,but don't worry...we will share the recordings!
Frequently asked questions
Does the course come with wine?
YES! In fact, the $249.99 is the cost of the wine,which you will receive in time for the class if you register at least a week in advance. The instruction and course access is free with the wine kit.
When do I have access to the course?
Each week ( for 4 weeks) we host a one hour live zoom where you can receive instruction, taste, interact and ask questions. You will have access to the zoom recording within 24 hours in case you cannot attend live. You will receive an email when the module opens for each week.
How long will I be able to access materials after the course closes?
You will be able to log in and access materials for 3 months after the course ends. You may download any notes and documents within the course to keep for your personal notes within that 3 month time frame.
When Will I get My Wine?
Wine is shipped 1-2 weeks before the start of the course. You will receive tracking information automatically when it is on the way.
What do I do with 3 whole bottles of wine every week?
We like to hold new lessons on Thursday, so you will be able to use any leftover wine for your Shabbat dinner.
Can I invite friends or family?
Of course! As long as you plan on being in the same location for the live sessions, we never mind if others join on the zoom. If you need additional wine, you may want to consider purchasing extra cases or reach out to us to order additional bottles.
